My name is AJ Hotchkins, I am a former Oregon/Utep football player and current CFL linebacker! The information that I am sharing with you all is what I've found to work for myself over the past 8 years under some of the best strength coaches in the country.

This program consists of a 4 day, upper, lower body split! This is the biggest difference between my program and what I grew accustomed to playing division one football. I believe in maintaining a fresh body, over gaining raw strength. Training push-pull circuit tires my legs, I never feel fresh. This allows you to train sprints/agility/conditioning on non-leg days. This is how I train, this is what works best for my body.
4 WEEK DIVISION ONE STRENGTH PROGRAM:
We will meet as many times as you feel necessary to keep you focused on your fitness. I will help advise the way you should work out, eat, and the way you think about exercise allowing you to reach your body's true potential!

All of the following exercises are movements that we have done in the weight room, and took them to the house with no gym equipment!
Why Should I Purchase:
This program is designed to reach your body's potential without going to the gym. I am taking exercises that are usually done at the gym with weights and programming them in a way that you can do them from home.
What Should I Expect?
This is a non-equipment necessary, 4-week at-home program that targets muscle growth and UP TEMPO rep schemes that will allow you to burn fat FASTER, see results FASTER, and most importantly begin to unlock your body's TRUE potential! (For less experienced weight lifters, you can still add weight to these exercises if you have weights at home).
