IN SEASON

 Building a strength foundation with heavier loads, isometric holds, simplistic compound movements. The goal of this phase is to introduce you to movements that will progress throughout the athletic performance programming!

Movements will become more challenging, Plyometrics, balance, mobility, and conditioning will be added as weeks progress! 

Programming will allow you to maintain size and strength while competing in your sport! This program's focus is to keep you in competition through injury prevention work, balance work, and strength-building compound movements.

Supplement Guide: 

This resource outlines the most effective, safe, and widely studied supplements out there for health and performance.  Many of which are currently utilized by the world's best athletes and highest performers.  It also outlines general weight loss and weight gain guidelines that can be implemented effectively and easily into the lives of people of all ages.
 
Pratik Patel is a Sports Dietitian, Strength and Conditioning Coach, consultant to sports teams, and 1-on-1 coach to athletes and non-athletes of all ages.  For the past 20 years, he has studied nutrition, fitness, recovery, and the interplay between these and optimal health and performance.  He has spent the past 11 years implementing his knowledge with elite athletes, most recently as an Assistant Coach with the New York Giants as the Director of Performance Nutrition and Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach in charge of all things nutrition, hydration, supplementation, sleep, and recovery related to optimizing health and performance.

Prior to his arrival at the Giants Pratik worked for over 7 years at the collegiate level at Kansas State, Michigan State, and the University of Oregon where he had the opportunity to build, grow, and integrate sports nutrition departments from the ground up while also coaching and training athletes.

During his career Patel has worked with 2 NFL All-Pros, 8 Pro Bowlers, 33 NFL Draft Picks (7-1st Rounders), 7 NBA Draft Picks, 2 PGA Tour Players, and 3 USATF Olympians.

Patel is a Registered Dietitian and board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Consultations 

Virtual / In-person workout sessions will take place twice a week. All consultations will be done via Zoom call and will last 30 - 40 minutes long. You will also have access to me 24/7 for communication and accountability throughout the week!

Upon our first meeting we will goal set, and develop a plan of action tailored to YOUR needs moving forward! Virtual consultation packages come with all my customized programs, meal prep guides, and supplement (Weight loss, Weight Gain guides). Each week we will discuss workout variations, Q&A (open discussion), and strategy for you moving into the next week!

This Program comes with a Supplement + Weight loss/Weight Gain Guide & my custom Meal prep guide which includes 20 + customized meals that I distribute locally and eat myself for the best results!  This program is all-inclusive and will work for anyone if you're willing to work for yourself!
